All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD $). Your bank may apply a foreign exchange fee if your card is issued outside Canada.

Canada Wide: Free standard shipping, 5–8 business days. Express shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout.

You will be sent a receipt for your order by email after payment is made. You will also receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.

We are an online-only supplier with no physical storefront. This keeps our costs low and savings are passed directly to you.

Unless otherwise stated all items purchased come with a standard consumer warranty.

We will gladly Refund or Exchange an item if: The item is faulty, not the same as described, or does not perform as intended.

You may not be entitled to a Refund or Exchange if: You changed your mind, cannot afford the item, found it cheaper elsewhere, the style/colour/size is not suitable, or you were responsible for the fault.

All refund requests MUST be accompanied with an original receipt or proof of purchase. Note that measurements are subject to slight variances.

Once your order is shipped, it will be marked as complete in our database and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
